OLGA DADALKO

Olga started teaching yoga while working on her doctorate in neuroscience.  Soon after finishing her PhD, she merged the two passions and devoted her career to teaching yoga and studying how it affects our mental health and physical wellbeing.

Olga’s teaching motto is consistency. In yoga practice, we use the tool of our body to calm and focus the mind through the magical link that connects the two: our breath.

Mindfully challenging ourselves physically, we learn to stay present with true self while going though experience. That’s when real work ensues: we learn to set ego aside, to honor the body, and to shut negative chatter. That’s when we discover we are actually in control to make choices that create as much misery or joy as we like. That’s when consistently is the key: showing up for yourself like this reestablishes the mind in a happier, more wholesome headspace, empowering us to live life to the fullest potential.
