CANDICE MOORE

Candice (Dice) has been studying and teaching yoga for over two decades. While
living in NYC, her initial Yoga experience came from the urging of her mother
who was at the start of her own yogic transformation. And so she dabbled, and
it was love at first “Savasana”!! Coming from a dance and division 1 collegiate,
athletic background, the art and practice of ‘Yoga’ was an inherent progression
for her life. She politely left her lucrative, fast-track Public Relations career in
Manhattan. And since then, Candice has studied various schools of thought
including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Kripalu, Sivananda, Jivamukti, Power, and Anusara
Yoga. She has been blessed with the teachings of many ‘leading lights’ such as
Pattabi Jois, Dharma Mitra, David Swenson, Yoganand, Dr Jeffrey Migdow, Shiva
Rea, Bryan Kest, Sean Corn, Sharon Gannon and David Life, Todd Norian, Baron
Baptiste, Rod Stryker and Ravi Singh. And continues her passion and education
through a variety of workshops around the globe.


Candice’s class is focused on synchronizing breath or “pranayama” with
movement or “flow”. In her classes members will sweat, think, laugh, and evolve
as they link postures or “asanas” together with beautiful music, insights, and
poetry. Members should be prepared to strengthen and stretch their muscles,
align their ligaments and joints, cultivate self-awareness and honor their inner
wisdom. Come with an open mind and leave with a lifted spirit!
