I believe that the practice of yoga is a beautiful tool to cleanse the mind, body and spirit.  It helps displace the stores of negative energy through pure, cleansing breaths.  Whatever role or responsibility that I face, I use yoga to bring myself into the present moment.  Cultivating the breath helps to calm the central nervous system down which then leads to a decrease in feeling overwhelmed and stressed which is why I choose to practice.  My practice has brought me great joy and reflection over the last 20 years.  I have been blessed to study and train with some wonderful teachers like Baron Baptiste, Bryan Kest, Stephanie Keach and Seane Corne.  I received my 200 RYT in 2009.  I am excited and privileged to share my passion of yoga with you.  My goal is to create a welcoming and positive environment for all practitioners.
